Oluwanifemi Fagbohun, also known as Niffy, is an internationally trained Chemical and Polymer Engineer with an impressive range of expertise. With a wealth of experience spanning Chemical Engineering, Project Management, Luxury Brand Development, and more, she excels in multiple fields including Project Research Engineering, Beauty Consultancy, Event Planning, Business Coaching, Authorship, Customer Resolution, Health and Beauty Safety Advocacy, and Independent Executive Sales Consultancy.

Niffy is truly a force to be reckoned with.

In her 18 years of being in the beauty and makeup industry, Nifemi has empowered 1000+ beauty experts through Niffy Signature Academy, Mentorship & Empowerment initiatives. She is not your regular beauty professional.

Niffy is a Global Beauty expert /consultant at Niffy Signature. She is Infection Control certified as well as Health and Safety Certified. She is also the Founder, CEO, and Business Coach at Montreal Vendors, where she supports small businesses across Montreal with visibility and business development services. A Wardrobe Stylist at ‘Accessories by Niffy’ , an accessory line that empowers women to make bold statements. She’s an Independent Executive Sales Consultant, Public Speaker, Member of Forbes Women Network, Serves on the mentorship board with Gemstars Circle of Excellence and is a dedicated member of the Black Engineers of Canada.

Recognized for her impact, excellence, and expertise, she was honored to be named among the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada in 2023. She’s a proud recipient of the Canadian Choice Awards for Health and Beauty Safety (2024) , Black Business participant of “Wrap the Good campaign 2023, Black History month 2024 ‘pens of the future’ feature with CBC and a finalist for the Universal Women’s Network – Women of Inspiration Awards in the Global Impact category. Recipient of the Community Personality Award by the City of Saint-Laurent and Côte-des-Neiges councillors for her contributions to uplifting Montreal’s ecosystem, as well as the 2024 Woman of Impact Award.
